CURRENT BANDS & PROJECTS

CLARE AND THE REASONS:
Clare Muldaur is a fantastic singer with a natural gift for writing beautiful songs. In her band, The Reasons, we all play and sing arrangements of these songs done by the group's violinist and multi instrumentalist Olivier Manchon. These arrangements feature strings, voices, a rhythm section with a percussionist, and a variety of other sounds. Check out the new record, "The Movie."

OLIVIER MANCHON'S
MINIATURE CHAMBER ORCHESTRA:
This quintet performs original music and consists of a traditional string trio, double bass, and a soloist de jure. Recent soloists have been Gregoire Marret on harmonica and John Ellis on woodwinds. The string trio casts violinist and mastermind Olivier Manchon, violist Beth Meyers, and cellist Chris Hoffman.

JOSH MEASE:
Guitarist/Singer/Songwriter/Cartoonist extraordinaire! I'm fortunate to have spent much time with Josh through the years, and he has always been a big influence on my music. I used to play a variety of instruments in the recently defunked Superiority Complex with drummer Jim Orso and bassist Bob Deboo. I now find myself in several musical situations with Josh and get the great pleasure of accompanying him on his own performances from time to time. Be sure and check out his new Self Titled record!

OTHER PROJECTS:
I'm fortunate to also frequently play with some more of my favorite arstists, such as John Ellis, Robert Glasper, Gretchen Parlato and several others who can all be found on my schedule.
